Soweto owes its international reputation to political protests inspired by American black theology and Black Power. This visit will give an overview of the problems currently facing South Africa


Johannesburg - Blyde river Canyon - White river

Road to the Mpumalanga region. Visit of the former mining village of Pilgrim’s Rest classified as a historical monument. Discovery of the Blyde River Canyon. Stop at the three main landmarks of the canyon: God’s Window, "the window of gods" where you will enjoy the striking view offered by the site on the canyon’s elevation, Bourke’s Luck Potholes "the pots of giants" A rock formation formed by pots shaped over the centuries by the waters of the canyon and Three rondavels, taking the form of three huts dominating the heights of their imposing stature.
Continuation to Kruger National Park. Departure in the early morning for a day of 4X4 safaris in the Kruger National Park accompanied by your ranger. It is the continent’s richest animal reserve for the exceptional diversity of its fauna and flora. This reserve, as large as Wales, is home to 137 mammals, nearly 500 bird species and more than 100 reptile species. Watch the "Big Five": elephant, buffalo, leopard, lion and rhino, but also cheetahs, girafes, hippos, antelopes of all kinds...

Kruger Park - Pretoria - Johannesburg - Cape Town

Panoramic tour of the city of Pretoria, the city of Boer and capital of the Republic of South Africa. The monument to the Voortrekkers located at the southern entrance of the city, erects its imposing granite silhouette in honor of the founding fathers of the Afrikaner nation and their expedition, the Great Trek. All the Union Buildings of Renaissance style, visible from the four corners of the city, dominate all of Pretoria by its privileged location at the top of a hill. If the union buildings are in some way the symbol of Pretoria, Church Square remains the centre. The Voortrekkers gathered at this place, today quiet and surrounded by both ancient and modern buildings. Behind Church Square stands the house of Paul Kruger. The former president of Transvaal lived there from 1883 to 1900, before going into exile in Switzerland.

Cape Town - wine road - Cape Town

A day dedicated to visiting the famous wine route of the Stellenbosch region, the South African vineyard is renowned all over the world. The caprices of the climate and the diversity of the soils allow for each important property to produce reds as different as the Cabernet Sauvignon, the Shiraz and the Pinotage (crossing of Pinot Noir and "l'Hermitage", as well as Sauvignon blancs, Chardonnay or Riesling.
Stop at Stellenbosch, historical city founded in 1679 and university town that owes its fame to its charm and its gentleness of living.
Tasting of South African wines and cheese followed by a traditional Afrikann lunch.
Arrival in Franschloek, literally "the French corner" to visit the museum and the memorial dedicated to the Huguenots. In the 17th century, some Huguenots withered, fleeing persecution, emigrated to Holland, where two hundred left for South Africa. Some families are among the great Afrikaner dynasties: Malan, de Villiers, Malherbe, Roux, Barre, Thibault and Marais. Opened in 1976 the museum traces the history and genealogy of the descendants of these immigrants. Return to Cape Town.


Cape Town - Cape of the Good Hope - Cape Town

Road towards the Cape of Good Hope, where the Atlantic and Indian oceans mingle in a perpetual discharge!
Discover the Cape Peninsula: Sea Point, Clifton, Camps Bay and Hout Bay to discover the white sand beaches, dominated by sumptuous mountains.
Stop at Hout Bay for a cruise that will take you to Duiker Island, the seal island. The island also hosts many bird colonies.
Stop at Simon’s Town and discover his penguin colony installed in the jobs.
Continuation to the reserve of Cap of the good Hope. This natural park extends over 7750 hectares, so about 40 kilometers of coast.


Cape Town

Departure for a city tour of Cape Town. Founded in 1652, Cape Town is the historical and cultural heart of South Africa. This is where the ships of the Dutch East India company came to refuel. In Cape Town, the traces of Dutch architecture are still alive, both in its castle and in its beautiful old houses. Malaysian and French influences are felt there. During this tour you will discover the castle of Bonne Espérance, the Malaysian quarter or "Bo-Kaap" which is distinguished by its brightly coloured houses, the Victoria and Alfred Waterfront. Discover the panorama of Cape Town from Signal Hill.
Departure in the afternoon for the lift to the top of the Mountain of the Table (subject to the weather conditions).
